It true, as we pushed into the town in April many Marines came across drug paraphernalia (mostly heroin). Recently, we have gotten evidence of them using another drug BZ that makes them high and very aggressive.

err, ummm ... obviously these guys don't have a PR firm -- otherwise they might not have chosen to pose in all their formidable fury front of a picture of tweety bird.
see USAF use of amphetamines on its long distance bomber crews; I'm sure the Army does similar things, either officially or through unofficially turning a blind eye to drug use.
